Update 1.11.19 - Despite unhelpful customer service from Amazon, the company reached out to me and replaced the backpack with the broken zipper. After receiving the new item (just last week) I believe that the first one I received was an anomaly as this one appear more sturdy in general. I would recommend this item to those looking for a bag that can be convertible and used as a true rectangular space.I loved this backpack because it fit everything I needed for rehearsals each week perfectly. I only had it for a couple months with only 1-2 uses per week before the zipper on the outer section broke. I was not able to get the teeth realigned and fear I won't be able to continue using this backpack the way I need to. Very disappointed in this product and the lack of customer service help from Amazon in regards to this issue.

I love this bag. The transition between the different styles is super simple. The only thing I don’t like about these is the latches that are on the bag. I honestly feel like the aesthetic of these straps and the annoyance of having to unlatch them every single time I want to open my bag otherwise just leave them dangling is super annoying.

I rarely give 5 stars!! This product is really really nice the perfect cross between sporty and business look. It is extremely comfortable to carry both as an arm bag or backpack. The built-in battery to charge your phone is a really cool feature. It also has all the pockets he made need. The only negative are the buckles which are annoying and take away from the business look.

My teenager uses as a bookbag for school. So far no complaints.

After my husband traveled back from Europe, I got this backpack for him. It is big and a little bit heavier. while the quality is super good, and there are lots of spaces for you to organize almost everything for a business trip.

Very disappointed. The bag appears to be quite well made, but the functionality of the bag is NOT what I'd expect. Pocket placement and zippers defy logic. Things open up to the bottom (opposite the handle) almost guaranteeing things will fall out at the worst possible moment.Also, not enough pockets for this kind of bag. INCLUDING no internal pocket for the battery you would use to power the external socket.

This bag is very practical, I like it, and so does my son. There are small pockets inside the bag which is a really cool design, I can put a lot of things in there. Also, there is also a convenient charging station inside the bag which is really cool. I really like this bag because it is special and has a very unique design with many nice features.

Very nice bag. More suited as just a work bag to travel with. I was looking for a bag that had more space to also pack things into. If it had a wider compartment for clothes etc it would be perfect for work and travel.

The product was exactly the as it was described. And I prefer if this product has side pocket for carrying bottle waters or any bevarages. Then it will more valuable. The bag is amazing happy about it
