Remains Very Sharp.
The little wheel inside actually does what is says in the ad and keeps the peeler nice and sharp as described.

Fantastic peeler, recommended
So easy, comfortable and quick to use, and incredibly sharp. Nice to have something bright instead of the usual black/grey.

Handy and cleverly designed.
I like self sharpening knives, they last a lifetime, so I expect this peeler will too. Also, it would make a quirky gift! It is a good sharp...er, sharpener and comfortable to use. Don't let food solidify in it because that would make it harder to clean, wash it straight after use. This is my second one, because they are so good I wanted an extra one to take camping.

peels extra thinly
All the Dreamfarm tools we've tried have been great and while I wasn't sure they could improve on a good old veg peeler, this really does cut off less peel and stays super sharp
