easy to use
Just what I needed to use after some dental work. Cheaper than having the dentist make one

Water temperature for molding is critical.
I have had a teeth grinding at night issue most of my life. My dentist recommended using a night guard and using one has helped a lot.For the last few years I have used a big box store, store brand which was two for 17 bucks. These are less expensive at 4 for about 20 dollars, but they are more difficult to mold to your teeth, and are much thinner. The store brand had a tray to hold the guard during molding and you just used boiling water and a timer. These do not have a tray during the fitting/molding process, and you have to have the hot water at pretty much exactly 170degrees F, where boiling water is about 212F. I did not use a thermometer on the first on but just boiled water in a coffee cup in the microwave and let it set for a couple of minutes. It was obviously too hot as when I dropped the guard in the hot water it immediately deformed and shrank some. I still fished it out with a fork and tried molding it to my teeth which was mostly successful. It was a bit off centered but did cover the right side teeth completely where I have the problem. It is quite a bit thinner, but I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be doing OK stopping the grinding. On the next one I will get a digital thermometer and wait until the water is at exactly 170F. I think I will also not bite down quite as hard doing the mold impression. So to sum up, a good price, but rather thin and touchy on the water temperature during fitting. But they are working once fitted.

Great!
I use this to cushion my teeth during sleep. I've found it hard to find one that isn't too thick on the sides. These are just right, were easy to mold, needed very little trimming. Probably the best I've used in the 20 years I've been using this type of product.

Very thin
These nightguards are very thin. Not enough protection for my night griding clenching. They were easy to mold but teeth broke through them first night.

Cost-effective alternative
You have to be really careful with the molding process. I was impressed that you get 4. I had one from the dentist, but it's years old and chipped now (generally you only need one on the lower teeth for sleeping). So, this gets the job done, and I guess I'll have to take the company's word that it's BPA-free. It works. If you want something higher quality, you'll have to pay more, but at the end of the day, the best ones will always be the dentist's custom fitted ones (obviously), but they are a lot more expensive. Get these, if you're looking for a cost-effective solution!

Decent product, good value
These work well once you get the fitting process worked out. I love that they're thin and comfortable enough to sleep with, even for me who is new to mouth guards. They're easy to fit, but it's hard figuring out the temp and time to submerge these. The directions aren't accurate at all. With proper directions and fixing the errors (made in china), these mouth guards could be closer, or maybe at, 5 stars. Decent value for the money IF proper directions were included. I wasted 2 guards and didn't enjoy the 3rd. 4th was perfect. Fairly durable to be able to grind on through the night, they hold up.

One of the Better Mouth Guards I've Used in My Life
I have needed to use bite guards for over 20 years. Every night, the last thing I do before settling in for a night of sleep is put my night guard in. Failure to wear bite guard for even just one night, can result in a sore jaw the next day, a massive headache, tiredness the next day from not being able to sleep deeply enough, and tooth damage. So needless to say, mouthguards are absolutely a must for me.Until now I have only used the ones that require you boil them in a tray in order to get them custom fit. Some work better than others, and I am happy when I get 3-4 months usage out of them even though they are rated for at least 6 months. For the same price as one guard in a drug store or grocery store, you can get 4 WATER SPO mouth guards. That is a ridiculously good value for the money. It is very important to follow the directions exactly. If you assume that these guards are fitted the same way all others are, then you are setting yourself up for an error. Once I followed the instructions and got my guard fitted to my teeth, I was actually pretty impressed. The guard fit fairly snugly, and offered a lot of protection while I slept. I am not sure these will last 6 months apiece, but I would be very satisfied if each of the 4 lasts around 3 months each. I would definitely consider buying these again in the future. If you grind your teeth at night and have not tried a Water Spo nightguard, give them a shot the next time you need to replace yours. 5 stars!!!
