To this who are actually interested in removing your facial hair at home & with ease, please don't go by the 1 star ratings given previously.The first time I used even I felt it did not remove any hair & it was useless. Just saw a video on YouTube how to use it; turns out I was twisting the stick in the opposite direction hence it did not work.Remember to twist the stick on the inside & not outside & it works like a charm.Go for it; but refer to a video on how it works!

I’ve used multiple spring hair removers in the past and lost one recently so ordered this. I’ve used them for years so I can comment on this one. It’s pretty useless. It doesn’t hold the hair and pluck easily at all. Not sure if it’s their spring design or smoothness. The amount of hair I have would be gone in a minute with my previous remover. This one doesn’t work. Pick another brand I’d say!

Quick to remove hair.Saves money by not going to parlor.Very efficient.Needs bit of practice to get the knack, once you know how to use, it works like a charm.I bought this a year ago, been using this for a while, very very handy.

can not be used in a controlled way..you have to be twisting and scrolling this tool at the same time for it to work and even then it doesn't do its job precisely. complete waste of money..
