I travel frequently to Hawaii from Tennessee and have tried everything on the market for neck support. This product is by far the best thing ever invented. It’s so comfortable and the massage feature is such an awesome bonus. Amazing product. I wish there were more items like this out there.

It was made of quality material. The reason I rated so low was because it was too thick for my neck, I couldn’t see, simply because it lifted my chin up therefore my head was tilted upwards, it was extremely uncomfortable, and there was not that much massaging going on it was very light . So I did return the product probably would fit better with somebody that has a very long neck, maybe that should be suggested in the marketing process.

Beck massager is too weak. Just feels like vibrations

I love this pillow, I got it for recovering from a medical that I knew would effect my chronic neck pain. It is wonderful. The material of memory foam and the vibration settings. I almost like how it goes down compact when storing. Taking on every travel excursion in the future.

Massaging feature was great, used for 7 hour and 9 hour flights

It was perfect for a 4 hr plane ride. The massage helped with the stiff neck associated with flying. Felt refreshed when we landed. I use it when im watching tv at home after a stressful day!

It is comfortable a done soft massage while you sleep.
