As good as name brand competitor
Overall, I was happy with the supplement. I’d suggest this is an option for anyone looking to maintain muscle over time as they age. There were no odd taste or textures that made this unpleasant for the 30 days that I tried it.

also contains some basic vitamins
Urolithin A is one of the supplements I regularly ingest as part of my anti-aging protocols. This brand may be a good source of it, although the low price makes me wonder. Urolithin A has very beneficial effects in our bodies. It’s worth researching, to learn enough to be well-informed about adding it to your personal nutrition and supplement regimen. I usually only take 1 a day so this bottle is 3 months worth.

Potential Benefits: Cellular, Mitochondrial, Antioxidant,Digestive,Energy,Anti-inflammatory,Recovery
Urolithin A has been gaining attention recently, especially with its promise of various health benefits. This particular supplement packs a punch with 1300 mg of Urolithin A per serving, combined with a blend of vitamins and zinc that are said to aid digestion and enhance absorption. For those unfamiliar, Urolithin A is derived from pomegranate extract, known for its antioxidant properties. It’s fascinating how a compound from this fruit can potentially support cellular health and improve mitochondrial function, which is essential for energy production in our cells. The formula is free from GMOs, soy, sugar, gluten, dairy, and chemicals, making it a great option for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities and the soft capsules are designed for easy swallowing. Given the recommended dosage of two capsules per day, the 90-capsule bottle provides a convenient 45-day supply. In terms of my personal experience, I didn’t notice any drastic changes right away, which is often the case with many supplements. Sometimes these compounds take time to work their magic, and that’s perfectly normal. While I didn't observe any immediate effects, I kept in mind that the potential benefits of Urolithin A might not manifest as noticeable changes right away, or they could be subtle and cumulative over time. It's essential to remember that every body reacts differently, and sometimes the most significant benefits are the ones we don’t consciously recognize. I'll give it 3 stars for now.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

Dehydration
I was excited to use the product. Once I used it, I experienced dehydration, an increased heart rate, and sleepiness. None of these effects are beneficial to health, so I would not recommend it. Additionally, Amazon offers no refund.

More like a multi vitamin
This Fittyfun Urolithin A supplement has an odd mix of vitamin ingredients, like adding vitamins C, B2, E & zinc to the main ingredient. I am not sure how legit their 1300mg of Urolithin A ingredient is considering this company does not have over 10 years of Urolithin A research under their label, like some more reputable distributors of Urolithin A do. However, it probably does contain some Urolithin A, just not the proclaimed amount at such a low price. Yet since I was looking for another source of vitamin E & zinc, both powerful antioxidants and immune boosters, I decided to add one capsule a day to my vitamin regimen. The small green capsule is easy to swallow and has not caused me any unwanted side effects, but I don’t think I would repurchase this item.

Compact and Smooth
These tablets are compact and have a smooth coating that makes them easy to swallow. They’re also odorless, which is a plus.

Added Some Unnecessary Stuff
Was really excited to have a new source of Urolithin A, it's the latest craze in the nutritional world. I bit surprised (actually disappointed) they added silicone dioxide, unnecessary in my opinion. This is not listed in the vendor's description or images. But clearly on the label under "other ingredients". It would also be nice to know the source of the Vitamin E. whether it's "d alpha tocopherol" or "dl alpha tocopherol" is significant. As a side note . . . the last vendor image says to take two "soft gels" a day where all the other descriptions clearly indicate its a capsule.

Suspiciously cheap product?
I've been using Urolithin-A for a while, and it has always been red in color, whether it's in capsules or powder form. Some of the cheaper alternatives I've tried are brown, but I've never encountered white Urolithin-A. Given that Urolithin-A is derived from pomegranate, which is naturally red, this product's color raises some questions. The product description is a bit misleading too, as it claims to contain 1300 mg of Urolithin-A, whereas more expensive brands usually have only 500 mg. It generally takes about 3 months to start noticing benefits like stronger leg muscles, especially after 40, and healthier skin.If this product actually works as advertised, it could be a much more affordable alternative. I'm cautiously optimistic but will be watching to see if it delivers similar results.
