This has changed the way I sleep. I went from 3 - 4 hrs a night to at least 6 which for me, is amazing! I use it as suggested and want to purchase another for my desk while I work.

I like this mat…you can be grounded while working at your desk, watching tv, etc. I can’t prove it’s working, but last night, daughter and I were watching tv with our feet on the mat, and the dog came over to get on the couch like he usually does.. But he put one foot on the grounding mat, then two, and then squeezed between our feet and curled up on the mat! I think he recognized the benefit! So this testimonial is from our dog.

I can definitely feel something… not sure if it’s helping or just interesting. Worth the price of admission to give it a try.

Don't feel any different

The design and durability of this mat is very very good. Really nice quality!I ended up getting the two pack that came with the grounding outlet tester. I originally got it because I wanted one of these, but I also needed a gift for a white elephant exchange. Luckily no one really knew about grounding so I was able to tell them about it, but still no one wanted it so now I have two mats! One for Home and one for Office.I’ve used these off and on the last two weeks for varying lengths of time, but I try to use it for at least an hour when I think of it. Now that I’m back at work after the holiday break and have one here, I’m hoping to be using it all day long while I’m at my desk.So far, I have noticed that when I use it, I sleep more deeply. I haven’t noticed any other changes aside from that, but with prolonged use, I am hoping that the real benefits will be great!

This mat does not work, there is no continuity in the cord or the mat. As I'm an electrician this is easy to check with a ohm meter. Unfortunately the return window closed so I guess I'm out of luck. Do not buy.
