I've always been dying to get a Japanese - style chicken grill. When I saw the video ad for this one, I was hooked—it looked like the exact grill I'd been dreaming of. But as soon as I got it, I realized I'd been played.First off, the product description clearly said the dimensions were 20 “D x 8.7 ‘W x 11.6 ’H. But the thing I got was way smaller—only 10 inches by 15 inches by 7.5 inches! At first, I thought they'd sent me the wrong item. Then I double - checked the product page and noticed there was a picture that said the dimensions were 15.9 inches by 11 inches. Talk about mixed signals! It's like they were trying to confuse me on purpose. The actual size is half of what they claimed.And get this, it's not even fully made of cast iron. The charcoal grate? It's just some flimsy wires welded together. It's so flimsy that when the charcoal heats up, it's bound to break. Honestly, it's more like a one - time - use grill.Here's another lie. The product page said the cast iron surface was enamel - coated, but the one I got wasn't treated at all. After just one use, it started rusting. And when I tried to clean it before using it for the first time, I wiped it with a piece of white paper, and it came away all black with some sketchy oil.I'm beyond furious about this purchase. I feel totally scammed. Plus, the quality of the cast iron is terrible. There are all these sharp burrs sticking out along the edges of the cooking grate. Now I'm really worried about whether it's safe to use. There's no way I'm keeping this thing—I'm sending it back for sure.I'd give it 0 stars if I could, but I had to settle for 1. I absolutely can't stand this kind of trickery! Don't waste your money on this—it's a total rip - off!

It was a great product, cheap and will last long without any rust!!! Durable! Great for outdoor grilling!

This is a great option for outdoor cooking, nice build, nice price, just does the job for a small group.perfect for skewers. Easy to light and not a big charcoal consumer.

4/12/25Not used for grilling as yet but I am pleased with the fact that the instructions for assembling were visually clear (graphics) and laid out step by step. I am very satisfied. Weight is reasonable; I would consider ordering another and maybe giving as a gift.

The media could not be loaded. Just received it today and used it right away. Cooked 5 pork chops, then 2 steaks, 4 corns, 2 lobsters. Heat up well , it’s a great product happy with my purchase.
