I was skeptical because of the reviews but mine works great. It’s nice and small like I wanted and the tablet feature is awesome. Runs smooth and pretty quick, battery life is pretty good. I ordered like new and can only find one small scratch in the back, everything else is fine. Wi-Fi connects good, it’s easy to use and I love it had a webcam and HDMI port. I might get my 12 year old one for Christmas

Bought this laptop. It will not work unless plugged in. The screen freezes and a notification from HP pops up saying defective/ malfunctioning battery, and that it needs to be replaced immediately to avoid damage to the device. Amazon, who sells replacement batteries, won't replace the battery. Now I'm stuck waiting on whomever sold it to me, via Amazon, to decide how they want to handle this. Very disappointed with the product and Amazons handling of this situation.

So far this tablet / small laptop has worked well. It’s been several month with no issues. Got it for homeschool child to do school work on. No scratches or marks, looked new .

I am a teen that was looking for a cheap laptop to play Roblox on and watch my shows. It is a very old laptop I will say that but it still works fine for the price. I’ve seen some people in the reviews expect it to be perfect for but obviously it’s kinda cheap. Only complaint I have is sometimes the charger doesn’t work. WiFi works great on it, not super big which for me is perfect, lightweight. And I love how you can flip it to turn it to a tablet and considering this model is almost 10 years old I think it works great

It's not a good computer at all by any means refurbished excellent means amazing trash. Sometimes I'm skeptic of reviews because people get defective units but I should have listened and kept my money instead now I have to go through the return process and I already know Amazon is going to wait 50 years before refunding my card because that's how they operate. they don't take 50 years to take it out your account though! don't even waste your time please, for me and for yourself. 🙏Edit: I forgot to State this but when I returned it they actually charged me $15 for the printing label that made me extra annoyed. So if you buy this computer just know when you return it which you will. You have to pay an additional $15 to send this ... Thing... back

as a honda master tech i bought this laptop to use as a scan tool .but the battery does not hold a charge for long when plugged in charging states fully charged but when unplugged it goes right down to 50% and drop's fastthe battery does not hold a charge, goes 100% but unplug it from the charger at never reads above 50% a

I love the size and it’s screen. It’s working great so far; considering it is a refurbished product. The price was just right.

Given the reviews I have seen on this product from this vendor I made my decision to purchase with a degree of caution, ready to return it immediately.The unit I recieved was perfect. No scratches, no abrasions, very clean. After a couple of hours of charging it powered up immediately and booted into the Windows 10 set up.I purchased this unit to use in my radio shack. I will do no heavy computing on it. Much of the time it will be a glorified data terminal hooked up to my ham radios. For this purpose, despite its age and memory it should work perfectly. It would probably work just as well for light duty general computing needs such as email, word processing, light spread sheets, etc.I am quite satisfied with my purchase.
