Fantastic roller and really appreciated all the little extras with the ball rollers too. Had a little bit of trouble getting the smooth roller from out of the main roller but no problem. Really liked the smaller components too and the carry bag is a really nice touch although I doubt I will try to put the smooth roller back into the black one.Has helped with rolling out my muscles and feels like it's going to last a really long time. Firmness is great and feel that this is going to last a really long time. Super easy to use, great kit.

This set comprises one roller for deep tissue massage 33cm long, one foam self massage roller 30cm long for muscle relaxation and pain relief, and two tennis sized balls. One of these is a solid hard rubber, and the other a light plastic spiky ball.They all come in a toggle drawstring bag with a shoulder strap. The foam roller fits easily inside the other. Also included is a leaflet which shows the different ways the rollers can be used, but the pictures are so small it is somewhat hard to work them out. However, it is easy to find usage instructions on the Internet.The whole set is tough, durable and the shoulder bag is convenient. The mix of items gives a good choice with which to target specific areas of the body, not only for pain relief, but for massage and a general workout.I use the foam roller for relieving tension in the neck and shoulders. That's actually why I picked it up in the first place, and it did the job well. The balls feel good under foot too. Overall, a useful package.
