Not bad value for an IPA
The cost of IPA beers has somewhat spiraled in recent years - you can pay £20 and north for what is a crate of beers with a slightly more interesting flavor. So it's nice to see Goose keeping it real - great quality IPA beer at a price which is pretty affordable. Okay, it's not quite as fancy as some of the other beers with wacky names like Raspberry Smash, but it tastes good and the headache isn't too bad.Good work Goose.

Good value decent IPA
As the other customers stated, this is a generic IPA quite hoppy without a piney flavour profile and a clean palate. Not a game changer but it's in a bottle and less than £1.50 per bottle delivered so quite good value. There are other much more interesting beers out there but this is a good everyday IPA.

Lovely hoppy beer & a great price @ £16 / 12. It's 5.9% NOT 5.09% ABV!
Really nice hoppy IPA, pretty strong at 5.9% with a nice, subtle citrus flavour.will be buying more.

LIKE IPA?? YOU'LL LOVE THIS !!
My husband loves this IPA. He likes the citrussy flavour, but also the bitterness and hoppy depth of flavour. I've tried it and although I'm not a big beer drinker, I think it's a very nice ale. Plus its 5.9% VolIf you like IPA, you'll love this!!

Good stuff.
An excellent beer if you like aggressively hopped American pale ale. This is probably why it sold out so quickly. Amazon's willingness to accept orders for the stuff they can't fill when their supplies ran out if a lot less impressive than the beer, of course, and it'd be as well to keep an eye out for that.

A decent IPA... But there are better out there
On the whole, this is quite a nice IPA. It has a decent ABV (5.9%) and as you would expect, it is pretty strongly hopped. I usually love a heavily hopped IPA, but this one has an aftertaste which isn't entirely pleasant, and which lingers. It's a slightly musty and sour flavour; almost like a corked wine. This is just one part of the taste profile though, which overall is pretty decent. At the usual price point (about £16 for 12 bottles or cans) there are better IPAs to be had.
