Fire Line: An Enemies to Lovers Romance (The Griffith Brothers) Paperback – September 6, 2024

I sit and imagine that Maggie looked at my OG favorite chef couple from "Poker Face" & she thought to herself "I can go bigger" & told Landon "hold my knives"Thus 𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙀 𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙀 was created.The banter, the SPICE, the pure enjoyment I got out of this book. The way they can break each other's walls down is beautiful. The whole Griffith crew is truly a family, by marriage or by blood. Not to mention ALL.THE.ANIMALS. 🐮🐴❤️EVERYONE IS WELCOME AT MAMA GRIFFITH'S TABLE 🍽️Lennon and CJ are both far from perfect but they show us that with strength, family and love we can do Whatever It Takes and Grow.

Lennon didn’t get a good start at life, it showed her nothing but unfairness. She deserved to find her happiness, and to find someone and somewhere she could cry and nobody would tell a soul. Carson, he needed someone to name a calf.. and punch him in the face.I love that Griffith brothers, and their women. All of their stories are unique but also show real life issues. If only we could all find a man to love us like they do, and give us a family on a ranch.

This is the last book in the Griffith Brothers trilogy. Maggie Gates did an incredible job with this book! This book was easy to read. CJ and Lennon are great together!! I love a good enemies to lovers story and this was no exception! Great way to end the series!! 💙💜

Cj and Lennon will always be everything. I could not get enough of the banter. I laughed so much with the back and forth. I absolutely love them.

I loved this book so much! The second book in the series, Downpour, was a top read of the entire year for me, so I was incredibly excited to get my hands on Fire Line to read about the last Griffith brother.CJ and Lennon first meet at a local bar. The two have a spicy encounter but don’t exchange information. It turns out that Lennon is the new chef at the restaurant on CJ’s family ranch. Their reunion is not a warm one and the two can’t stop bickering. However, their chemistry never went away and CJ starts to soften towards Lennon once he learns a bit more about her tragic past.Lennon is my favorite FMC in the series. I loved Cassandra’s take no shenanigans attitude and Brooke’s sunshine, but Lennon is in a class all of her own. She has had to overcome so much. She’s experienced so much violence, served time in prison, and has hardly had anyone in her corner. While it has still hardened her, she is fiercely loyal and has a very kind heart. She’s also a creative wizard in the kitchen (as long as you stay on her good side).When Lennon shows up at the ranch, CJ is such a grumpy cowboy. He hates the resort and restaurant and just wants to work with his animals. He falls fast and hard for the new chef, but isn’t happy about it and has no clue what to really do with those unwelcome feelings. He ends up acting like a jerk. However, I love a good grovel and CJ gives it. Once he accepts his feelings for her, he works so incredibly hard to win her over and is so patient.I love the entire Griffith family and how they so naturally brought Lennon in even without her knowing it at first. She really needed people to love and support her and she fit right in with the other Griffith wives.Fire Line is the third and final book in the Griffith Brother series, but it reads as a standalone. I highly recommend reading the entire series in order for the best reading experience!4.5/5

Fire line by @authormaggiegates 📚🤠5 ⭐️I FELL IN LOVE WITH CARSON JAMES & LENNON. Trouble 😈 & Cowboy 🤠 Lennon has to be one of my favorite fmc. Cj was such a grump towards Lennon & she gave it right back because she was also a grump. He also calls her slugger which made me giggle every time. Lennon was a force and cj was so drawn to her even that first night, & when cj’s life is changing around his land / his families land is evolving and it isn’t easy for him, Lennon is easy to take it out on. But he quickly learns she goes toe to toe with him. She is the new chef at the restaurant. Lennon had a rough life that led her to the restaurant, and she doesn’t take anything from anyone. The banter is so funny because they both are grumpy as hell 😂 I also love the I had no where else to go so I came here 🫣😍there’s a part when you really see the love that cj has for her come out and it is absolutely beautiful. The protection, peace, comfort and love he gives her is absolutely my favorite. Of course we see ray, Brooke, Cassandra, Christian, the mom / dad & the kids in there which I love. 🖤 I sobbed in this, and it had me in an absolute CHOKEHOLD. I finished this the same day it hit my kindle because I’ve been waiting for it🫢“You have to sacrifice something when you dig a fire line, but it’s necessary to keep the burn from spreading.”“We dug the fire line, remember?
