Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Product works as intended. It is quiet. Each tier has its own pump. Instructions are good. My seeds are germinating. Plants are growing. This product is exactly like it's pictured and described. The setup was easy, but not quick. It doesn't take up much space in our kitchen. In fact, it adds a beautiful "nature" ambience to our kitchen and family room. Planting my veggies and herbs was so much fun and therapeutic.As far as the seller and the A Hope Garden Hydroponic System customer service team, there aren't enough kind words to say about them! They are by far the most courteous, friendly, and patient group of people that I've encountered in awhile. They were quick to respond to any issues, and they supported most of their answered questions with video clips and photos. I am extremely pleased with my A Hope Garden Hydroponic system and with the customer service treatment that I've received from A Hope Garden.

This hydroponic system is perfect for indoor gardening. It is easy to assemble and fits into a small space. So far, I have planted tomatoes, peppers and ong choy (an asian vegetable). All have sprouted and are growing.

Two of the three tanks have leaked and required a lot of work to get operational otherwise assembled easily.

So far, I've been impressed with it's functionality! Though, if you are getting this as your first hydroponic setup, make sure you get PH adjusting fluids and a digital PH meter, that's about the only thing it's missing.This product is certainly "quantity over quality," it's a bit rough around the edges, but nothing that significantly impacts functionality, and for the price, that is to be expected. If you are paranoid about leaks like me, I'd recommend purchasing a cat litter box of sufficient dimensions and capacity (each tank is 10L).
