these work great
for the price this set is hard to beat, I don't rock crawl or mud bog, I live at 8,000 ft. elevation in Utah, lots of snow , used 4 times this winter pulling people out with the winch on my truck, soft shackles, no signs of fraying, just watch for sharp objects when attaching, the ring works great with winch rope to double your pulling power, rope slides easily through it, would buy again

Strong shackles
These worked great for me. I used one to attach to my truck hitch to pull old 4x4 posts out of the ground using a chain wrapped around the post just below ground level. Used a round piece of concrete from another old post placed right next to the post that I was removing. The chain went over the concrete and around the post. Round concrete came from holes dug by auger machine. Probably worthless information for most people but these are very useful and strong soft shackles for my needs.

Great Craftmanship
No Real World Use yet.... But the Shackle & Recovery Ring are High Quality. Material used look good too. Hopefully I will not have to use anytime soon... and test the strengths...

Decent.
Very nice. Ball knots are tight; one of two nooses could be smaller; the nylon sleeves are looser than ideal. But they look like they'll do the job fine.

Does what it's supposed to, and not as heavy as metal
Used this instead of metal D-rings. Strong, lightweight, good advertised working load, easy to use and easy to store. Just be sure to be safe (like don't loop this over a trailer hitch ball) and user proper equipment and straps.

Strong shackles
I’m setting up for my winch being installed in January. You need the option of soft shackle and wheel this gives you the option to use pulley to give you torque from winch doubles the length of cable out smaller spool gives youu up more torque from winch.

a couple of very minor burrs on the outer edge, 4.5 stars is not an option, unfortunately
General quality seems good. I like the fact that the working load limit is well marked on these. There were a couple of very minor burrs on the outside edge, but 2 minutes with sand paper took care of that.

Cheaper than others and works well
These work great and come in much cheaper than some other competitors.
