This was important to me if I was going to have it hanging in my house I wanted it to look nice and not some cheap material.I love the quality of the material- the hand grips are excellent with a high quality grip. The storage bag is awesome so if I want to quickly take it down it can all be neatly stored and put up again and the permanent hooks look nice and don’t draw a ton of attention when the swing is taken down.

I absolutely love my yoga trapeze and shipping wad so fast. It arrived in just 3 days. The entire setup is awesome. It was super easy to assemble. The ceiling mounts are wonderful, however, I have an outdoor rig I have been enjoying working out on. I love that the daisy chains allow me to adjust the hammock to my height or for my fitness needs. Being able to quickly adjust from hip height to a low height is a big plus! The fabric wasn't heavy or hot at all and i live in a very hot and humid area so i was concerned about that. I love that I can use the handles separately from the hammock or both together. This is definitely going to help me gain strength, be more flexible and I can even work on handstands without a wall or spotter!!!!

After a year of wanting a yoga trapeze for my home, I finally ordered the Blue Crescent trapeze and regret not getting one sooner!! I have a somewhat advanced yoga practice and wanted something to take my stretches even deeper (flip grip poses like King Pigeon or Dancer are so much easier upside down!) and the options for strengthening are endless. If you unhook the hammock and leave only the handles, you can practice hanging pike-ups or kips! Hello ab work & arms! My dancer daughters have great fun on this too working splits and backbends!

This trapeze swing is very well made and strong. I feel safe sitting, swinging, and hanging unpside down on it. I was drawn to this swing in particular because of the sleek design—I wanted one that is attractive enough to leave out when company comes over, and sturdy enough to feel confident allowing said company to try it out if they want to. It definitely meets those expectations.It comes with heavy-duty ceiling mounts; however, I opted to hang mine on a door frame mount because I rent an old house (built in 1920s) so I wanted to do as little damage to the architecture as possible.I’m 5’5 and the height is perfect for me with the door mount. I think it could easily accommodate someone up to 5’8–5’9, but I’d suggest hanging from the ceiling for anyone taller.

This yoga trapeze is excellent quality! It comes with all the mounting hardware and extension straps! It was extremely easy to set up. I was able to play with it within minutes of unboxing it. It also is wide enough that you can lay back and relax in it. I was also easily able to fit it and the extension straps back into the bag. I am delighted with it and am excited to enhance my practice with this trapeze!

Many years ago I had a bad accident resulting in what was predicted as lifelong pain. A friend of mine loaned me a bulky inversion table and after using it for 6 to 8 months one vertebrae finally popped back into place about 20 years after the accident relieving a good portion of the pain. When we moved I had to return the table and contemplated getting one off Cragslist but just couldn't bring myself to have something that bulky in the house we were in. Someone told me about these and I tentatively purchased one. It took me a while to figure out how I was going to mount it in the house, but was using it outside. Finally rigged a way inside and started using it on a semi-regular basis and pain relief continued. Now have it permanently mounted to the ceiling and use it multiple times a day for inversion and just hanging out in. My 12 year old boy figured out h could use it for doing flips and other such things and wants one of his own. I may have mine mounted a little wide but I think that is actually helping some of the other damage that had been done. All in All very satisfied with this purchase though wish it were wide enough for me to actually stretch out in. May purchase a different one and pass this one on to my son.

I purchased this for an 11 year old before realizing that it's made for adults but luckily good for both ages. I have had fun using it for inversions and other yoga poses as has my daughter enjoyed acrobats in it. The quality seems very good and the customer service is also excellent. This product received the best reviews on Amazon and was a lower-cost so we went with it and so far after a couple months we think this is probably one of the best options out there. The straps loop up (for storage - see photo) and the carabiners are simple to adjust allowing for many height and design options. Happy to hear back from customer service promptly, and believe they are a good company.

I have been wanting to order a yoga sling for quite some time. I ordered this one because of the good reviews and beautiful purple color. I wanted to install it, but there are no directions! In the photos, there is a sheet shown with all the parts. All I had in mine was a card for a free yoga strap, which linked to FaceBook Messenger, but was a dead link. I cannot find Blue Crescent Yoga online or Freeyogastrap.com. I am very disappointed and will be sending back.
