Nice portion pots. You can use them for measuring pasta or cereal etc. I would recommend.

These little plastic cups are excellent for measuring food quickly, without the fuss of Scales if you are trying to lose or maintain a healthy weight. Very easy to wash. Excellent value for money. They also have a hole in the handle to measure amount of Spaghetti.

I bought these cups to help with portion control alongside my portion plate when it arrives. I like the concept and the guide is great and is helpful. Cost was ok for what it is.Although there are other foods that could be measured using these cups that are not outlined in the guide. That is a bit of a negative if you are just using the cups to measure your foods. That would make the product more appealing to people. Because people then would not need to ask questions like what cup do I need for this food and that food.I like the colour coded system and the mls measurement on the cups. Especially when measuring juices and wine.The cups themselves are ok but feel a bit flimsy and I’m not sure these cups would stand the test of time if you want to measure everything using them

Good quality measuring cups, however only for right handed people, very disappointing as left handed people also using measuring cups, pouring liquid should be possible from both sides. Good quality, BAD DESIGN!!!
