I’m 5’4. 4 weeks postpartum. Weigh 156. Soft mommy pooch belly and wider hips. Ordered the large. I wear a lot of shapewear and these are one of my favorite. At first I thought they would be too tight but once I got them past my hips it molded my body perfectly and they felt comfortable. I have some shapewear that’s so tight I feel like I can’t breathe most of the time I’m wearing them. I do not have that feeling wearing these and with the little cross strapping in the front it leaves a very smooth look. I probably could have purchased the medium but I think they would have left me with that tight feeling. Will purchase these again.

I suppose they are well made. But they are so loose I'd get better support from a pair of regular pantyhose. I have POTS and I bought them to add compression to my thighs and abdomen. They not only weren't tight, they were loose.
