Tastes good and works well for those long runs
For somebody who finds most gels too "thick", the Aqua one feels more like drink than a gel. It's fruity, gentle on a stomach and, most importantly, boost energy mid-long-run.

Good flavour, not too sweet.
Pleased with the flavour not too thick to get down. The chocolate protein shake is better than I expected. Tastes better after the first time, you know it's not going to be quite like a of the shelf chocolate shake.Also you can use the tub as a water butt afterwards. 🤣

Great for giving you that extra boost before and during a run
These are great and give you a burst of energy to get you going at the start of a run and part way through when you start to feel the exhaustion creeping in. Have tried many others but find these by far the most effective. The only issue is the very random changing pricing. When at the lower price they are great but not when they shoot up to three times as much. Fix that and it would be certainly 5*’s all round.

Better than normal gels. Best running gel
The aqua gels go down much better than the normal ones. They taste like concentrated squash.The berry is a bit artificial but fine.Have seen other reviews stating the packaging was weak but I think that is old as I've had 2 boxes with no problems.Best gels in my opinion

Taste like berry. It is watery but maybe I’m storing this wrong?
Firstly the flavour is good. Pretty much tastes like berry and easy to drink. There is a category on thickness which I think I might be storing this wrong as I leave this in a cupboard because it’s completely watery rather than a gel.My main problem is my refuelling process is awful so by the time I take any type of energy gel or food I’m usually completely rinsed out and missing the full benefit.I’m giving 5 stars mainly because it taste like berries and was cheap upon purchase. It doesn’t bother me that it is watery as it’s actually easier to consume but maybe it’ll taste better if it was thicker like gel.

Although they taste good and are easy to take on the run, I’m not quite getting the same effect as when I use SIS
