Just wow, what a piece of kit! Works perfectly, really strong motor, blocks the vents very quickly though so keep an eye on it. If you vacuum everyday then you won't have an issue.....we obviously don't, once a week so it blocks up (little malting dog and wife males more)The lights are brilliant, nice and light weight. Never known suction better and I've had them all! Very easy to maneuver around. I will recommend to purchase a spare battery though! We use it on boost constantly and you definitely need 2 batteries for a 3 bed house.

So far so good, though I will update if required.The good bits:Brilliant suction. Nice and compact if you have a smaller home. Nice and lightweight to manoeuvre. Performs very well on hard floors. Self emptying dust receptacle is great, especially if you don’t want to handle dead spiders! Bright headlights for darker areas. Great for animal hair.Not so good bits:The self emptying dock doesn’t always discharge everything, sometimes it needs a little shake. Not quite as good on carpeted areas, but still performs better than most. Charging lead isn’t that long. Run time not quite as long as it states, but still adequate.Emptying dock is noisy, not so good if you’re in a flat or terraced. Even though we’re detached, our neighbour claims to have heard it when we used it late one evening.Overall, bought this to replace a cordless Miele, and it (so far) has performed very well. Having recently moved to a larger house, it’s perfect for moving from room to room without the faff of plugging and unplugging. Not all of our rooms are used regularly, so just need a light going over most days.Husband has been doing some major building renovations, for which we’re using the Henry, but this is just perfect for everyday mess from the kids.Recommended if you can get it at the sale price.

Great product, easy to use although it’s a bit heavy at first but got use to it.It’s efficient and quieter than other vacuums I’ve had.A great feature is the bent arm so can easily vacuum under furniture without hurting your back. Also there’s a display which shows the battery usage. Battery lasts longer than my Dyson.Only snag is emptying…can be a bit tricky. Have to release it right inside the bin or it will be everywhere.

Faffed around for ages trying to decide what hoover to get, wanted something that we could leave out all the time to grab and clean up crumbs/messes in the kitchen and the rest of the downstairs as I’ve bought some crap hoovers in the past. This is fab! Really good suction, love that it doesn’t need emptying all the time and as it’s always charged runtime hasn’t been an issue yet! Great piece of kit and not too heavy. Also looks good in the kitchen!

Brilliant vacuum! Very easy to set up. Comfortable and lightweight to use and works beautifully.I have two Shih Tzus and it clears their fur without effort. Well worth buying!

Why did you choose this product over others?:This looked like an amazing vacuum cleaner, with its waste bin collecting base, flexi hose, brush technology and excellent cleaning performance. All those features were as described and worked perfectly... for about an hour of use. Because once dust started to collect inside the waste bin, the filters immediately clogged, causing the vacuum motor to overheat and shut down. Now I don't live in a particularly dusty home, and my previous cordless worked without issue. No, it's because this cleaner is NOT cyclonic. That's a major flaw, because the dust just heads straight to the mesh filter and blocks it. This issue has been mentioned in a lot of online reviews. Oddly, the US version is cyclonic, so I can only assume there is some sort of intellectual property licence issue.I contacted Shark, who gave me things to try, I even replaced the filters, but again after a few minutes use it would stop working. They deemed it was malfunctioning (oh really?) and asked me to return it for a refund. Which I did. That wasn't easy either, as I no longer had all the internal packaging and I had to wait for an unannounced collection from UPS any day that suited them!It's a shame, as this showed a lot of promise at a good price. Hmm unsure this vaccum is heavy very heavy way to bully to use in the car I looked like I was walking around the car with a ak47 it was so big. Suction is good in the house etc but it’s just to fiddly and cleaning well there are 4 filters and it takes time to clean them all and get to grips with putting them back . As per usual shark his high quality cord length is ok, but the dust tank light is constantly coming on and when I check it’s not even half full, it picks up well but for price expected more suction to be honest it’s just to big and bulky for a every day cleaner in my view
