My height is 5'3. I ordered size 28. The jeans is tight around my knees and calves. The waist fits okay. I don't find the flares to be flattering. They are wide and short, doesn't go below my ankles. Go one size up.

The fitting was so bad . Levi's is not meant for skinny people. It does not fit well and there's no size smaller than 26.
