My 7 year old love this train. He has arranged and rearranged the track several times. He loves the steam feature and the fact that it can go faster/slower and forward/backward with the remote. Track is easy to assemble. Switches are very intuitive for a young kid. Highly recommend.

Additional pieces worked
The media could not be loaded. We bought the train set 2 years ago and we wanted to extend the train to go around the presents and the tree. The additional tracks fit perfectly.

Didn’t fit other tracks
My son was so disappointed to open this at Christmas to find out it wasn’t the same size or the tracks he got last year. We were hoping to add to his set.

Excellent for grandkids
Purchased 2 sets so both grandkids can play and have their own trains. Track is flexible and clips together easily. Track stays together and does not frustrate grandkids. I would definitely recommend.

Great gift for any age
I ordered this train set for my 6-year-old grandson who absolutely loves trains and it did not disappoint him or us. My husband has had as much fun as my grandson playing with it. It's been a great gift for the whole family.
