They’re ice cold. Can’t recommend enough!
They’re a bit heavy to carry more than one in your bag, but they’re great! I can’t recommend it enough. I really struggle with temperature intolerance and heat is a killer for me. They get very cold, like ice cold and do the job!

Dangerous
Don't buy these they are impossible to burst the inner bag safely, and if you damage the outer bag you have to seek medical attention. Seems to me this is actually a dangerous product to use . And you can't return them . Complete waste of money avoid

Must have for first aid boxes
These are a must have in our first aid box at home. When it comes to raising boys these get regular use! Great quality and stay cold for a while. Great value for money, but you can't put a price on health!
