The suction rate is tremendous
This product is used for my downstairs carpets, it has a tremendous suction rate if port left fully closed, had a Dyson for over twenty years but this hoover has more suction it really lifts the dust etc. from the carpets, if you leave the air port closed it is heavy to push/pull, the trick is to open it just the right amount.
