Mezotrace Calcium/Magnesium Powdered Natural Minerals and Trace Elements Supplement, 1 Pound

I hesitate to write a review for this product because of the sensitivity of my comments. I have taken this for years as a calcium supplement recommended by my chiropractor. It is a wonderful product for me because it gives me the calcium/mag I require as a senior adult. But, I would take it alone for it working along side for my bowel system. This product is so wonderful to keep my bowels functioning properly daily. I just feel so good knowing I'm on a regular schedule and it's meeting my medical doctors approval for calcium/magnesium. Would really recommend it for anyone. I mix a teaspoon with a small glass of juice every morning. I did have to start with a 1/2 teaspoon at first.

I luv this calcium magnesium. I ordered 2 bottles of the powdered calcium and I was sent 2 bottles of tablets. I kept them because my husband and daughter takes the tablets. I ordered 2 more of the powdered calcium magnesium bottles yesterday. Hopefully I will get what I ordered. That is why the 4 stars. Otherwise it is a 5 star product. My 95 yr old mother said this is the best calcium magnesium product out there. I am following in her footsteps.

I've been using Mezotrace calcium magnesium powdered supplement for 2+ years now. I use it by taking 1/2 TSP with 3/4 cup of unsweet almond milk every night before sleep. It is my routine and it has done wonders for my body. I do Ashtanga yoga which is an intense system of yoga and it can cause a lot of soreness especially at 5-6 times a week, 2-hour periods. So taking this reduces the soreness. I recently recommended it to my athlete hard-core kettle-bell and iron-woman type training neighbor friend and she said she was shocked that it reduced her muscle soreness. I believe in this product and wish they had other formulas which I would gladly take. Thank you Mezotrace! I just ordered my 3rd batch because Amazon stopped carrying it for a while, so get it while you can. If not, you can get it from any vitamin supplement store online.
