Refurbishing Company needs to do better
Was poorly packed into the retain packaging by refurbishing company…I mean poorly. Just luck nothing was damaged or scratched up. (Amazon packing did a good job packing in outer box.) Otherwise it functions as new and poor packing notwithstanding, a good deal over all.

The book I received works functionally perfect. It allowed me to sign in, download all my books, charges well and all buttons work. Came in the original box with charger. My only complaint is the screen has scratches in the middle.
