This product came defective as one of the lights didn’t work and electrician already put it up high. I complained and they wanted me to return it but I already paid electrician so if they bring it down, then I have to pay them again for installation. And didn’t receive much help from sellers

The chandelier requires assembly, but it is packed very well in order to prevent any shipping mishaps. This artistic piece is quite heavy, so I recommend professional assembly, and installment. I rarely get excited by lighting, but this chandelier is absolutely gorgeous. I love it. Highly recommended.
