Excellent Design and Quality
This phone holder is an excellent design and made of quality material. The phone magnet holds my phone securely in place. This was a brilliant solution for a phone holder. I really hate using vents to hold items. Not a big fan of suction cup rigs or cup holder options. So this holder that attaches to the cars infotainment screen is perfect for me. I really like how seamlessly it incorporates into the interior or my car. Highly recommend this item!

I give them an "E" for Effort
This item was listed to be compatible with my 2016 MBenz GLC 300 4matic. However, it wasn't nearly wide enough to fit correctly. I contacted them directly, and they responded within minutes... I snapped a photo of the device next to my dashboard, and sent it to them. They acknowledged that they did not have a device that fit my car's dash, and promptly issued a refund. So, although their listing was incorrect, I still gave them 3 stars for their prompt customer service!
