OMG.I purchased this machine on sale. It was something like $265. It usually sells for $300.It gets the job done. It thoroughly cleans like the large dishwashers of old. It SAVES water because when you manually wash dishes you use GALLONS AND GALLONS in a single session. Again, it SAVES water.It is so inexpensive that I'll be honest with you. If it lasts 24 months without any operational issues, I'll consider it a huge, huge win. And there's no indication that it won't last. I'm just observing this.

Excellent dishwasher! Works perfect for if you are renting a place. Fits perfectly in the counter and is very quiet. It's a great value for the good job it does and time it saves you.

I wanted to love this, but I really don't. I don't have faith that it gets anything fully clean. The first time I used it, residue on silverware and a ton of residue on a plate. In fact, one of the plates looks like it came out more dirty than it went in. Tried it again, ran it on the strong mode and increased the amount of detergent. Similar result. And I'm not overloading it or putting really dirty dishes inside, everything has been wiped of in some way, either beforehand or was not allowed to have anything dry on it.I think this is due to the fact that it has a non-standard way to load detergent. The detergent ends up in a small square at the bottom of the machine after placing it in a square on the door. That's it. When in action, I don't see any foam or really anything significant going on - it looks like it's just rinsing dishes with plain water. I don't have hard water and I'm using Cascade powder detergent. What am I missing? There's also not a dedicated area for rinse off agents, like even if I wanted to buy one and incorporate that into the process, I don't have faith it's going to be used very well because it's going through the same process as detergent.Returning this is going to be a hassle, especially if I go by some of the negative reviews. But I might as well return it because it's not actually saving me any time. I still have to wet and clean dishes after running them through this.The device seems okay otherwise, maybe a bit small, but it looks ok otherwise. I went with this over traditional Western name brands because I thought I could get away from paying a name brand price. Now I'm really wondering how those name brands would compare. Like maybe they don't have I completely see through window or as many settings, but would they function correctly?

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love love love this little dishwasher!! The only issue I had was filling up the tank, for some reason I thought I'd only have to fill the pitcher 1 time but I think it was either 3 or 4 times. My dishes came out Sooo clean and smelling so good to. If you need a small dishwasher get this one, I finally did after shopping around and looking at different ones and I'm happy with my purchase.

Works great! Very easy to use. Dishes are clean. Quiet. Love that you can fill water tank. ( option to connect to water)

I was skeptical because I have never heard of a small dishwasher before, only small washers and dryers which were all awful. But this is worth the price and I would buy it again any day, it cleans surprisingly well and is not super loud either.
