Shipping was fast and surprising this product taste good! I’m on a GLP-1 and have been craving ramen, these hit the spot!! The calorie to protein ratio is bar none!! Will buy again!!

It’s a nice size cup but I don’t like the noodles. I’m a try to make them with broth instead of water. I know the mixture is broth flavored. Maybe add real vegetables instead of that packet.

So, judging this product against the baseline of "Ramen in General," it's not great. The texture of the noodles is really off-putting, it gives distinct cardboard vibes. The flavors aren't bad, but they taste very nutritional-yeasty and have an off-putting smell and after taste. But when shared with my health nut work-out-aholic buddy and vegan mother who are more used to these restricted diet items, they both found them pretty good. Not great, but good enough to keep eating. I feel like there are better options out there if you're looking for an easy vegan lunch or a protein rich meal, but these get points for handyness and ease of preparation. They're nice to keep on hand at the officew.
