Sweet!
Still learning how to operate. Not as powerful as I expected. Haven’t found the right combination of tips to get the maximum operation. Has made pressure washing much easier. Don’t have to pull out the gas washer ever time I want to use. 65’ retractable hose make operation easy.

Giraffe wall mounted power washer
Super easy to set up and use. The retractable hose was the selling point for me. A little bigger on the wall than I thought but we got used to it. It’s great to use to clean the bikes and then not have to clean up the washer as well. Love it

Over advertised pressure. But still worth it
Great for a DIY. The pressure isn’t what is advertised. Granted I’m coming from a gas pressure washer but this works for me washing vehicles. Has enough pressure to operate a foam cannon.

POOR PRODUCT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought the Giraffe Tools Grandfalls Pressure Washer G20B Pro, 2500 PSI 2.2 GPM, Wall Mounted Power Washer with 65FT Hose Reel, Ultra-Soft Pressure Hoses, 4 Nozzles for Floor/Cars/Fences/Patios, Dark Silver. Hose kinked within a month of installation then blew! Attempted to call customer service 5 times, left 3 messages with no return call. Also left and email, nothing. They will not answer any calls. BEWARE!!!!! Before you buy from this company ! If your product is defective, you are ON YOUR OWN! Pressure wasn’t great but was willing to deal with it if hose was just replaced. Poor product, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hate Hose Wrangling? Me Too.
The media could not be loaded. Pressure washers: amazing in theory, kind of a hassle in reality. That was our story—until the Giraffe Tools Grandfalls came along. Before this, dragging out the pressure washer was a full production. Lug it out, plug it in, untangle the hose, realize we forgot a fitting… you get the idea. Now? It’s mounted, it’s ready, and it’s actually fun to use.We use it for everything—cars, tools, patios, the works. And it handles them all with ease. The power is absolutely on par with non-wall-mounted models, and the spray gun system is a joy. Multiple nozzles, easy attachment changes, and yes, a foam cannon that makes car washing feel less like a chore and more like a weekend treat.I’d seen reviews that dismissed this model for not having “enough pressure,” and instead recommended $1,000+ setups. Here’s the thing: I’m not pressure-washing graffiti off highway underpasses—I just want clean concrete and a sparkling car. And for that? This thing is perfect. The retractable hose alone is worth the price of admission. No more fighting a rubber python around the driveway. It’s convenient, powerful, and honestly just makes us reach for it more often because it’s not a pain to use.If you’re a normal human with normal cleaning needs and zero interest in spending four figures to remove your car’s paint (personally, I’d prefer the paint remain ON my vehicle, but maybe that’s just me?), this model will absolutely impress you.

Nice with two caveats
This is replacing my Sunjoe spx2030, which was a very nice power washer, but I used it a lot for washing my cars and I got tired of dealing with the hose. This is a very initial review of the Giraffe - I'll update later on. Instalation was easy. Found a stud behind my garage Sheetrock and mounted the unit. Operation is super easy and the hose pulls out and retracts nicely. It's more powerful than the Sunjoe, but that not why I bought it.There are a couple of issues and hence the 4 starts. First, the power cord is short. I had to buy and extension cord. Two, I had purchased a flexible house for my sunjoe and now I'm spoiled - the Giraffe has a typical stiff hose. I'm hoping I can install my aftermarket hose in the giraffe. If I can, I'll be super happy.
