I was looking for a new probiotic after taking antibiotics and subsequently getting a UTI and I thought this would be a good fit. I'm off all meds and I've been using this for about a week and I like it and will continue using. I'm in my mid 60's and active. The pill is small and you only need 1 per day. I feel very balanced taking it and I noticed an improvement within a couple of days. I like this product very much & works without upsetting the body's system.

Normal pull size, easy to swallow, great value for money spent. There is no taste. I felt a difference in my body right away which I love.
