I bought this as a gift for a family member and she is delighted.The light is solidly made but still lightweight and there are a reasonable choice of colour intensities depending where your plant is situated. It is also quite easy to adjust the height.I was surprised that this doesn't have a base but is intended to be pushed into the compost of one of the plants - or perhaps have a pot of its own - but that is only because I didn't look close enough at the pictures. I am advised, though, that it works perfectly and that is the most important thing.

The biggest thing to point out is that these lamps are not free standing, with the pole being inserted directly into the soil. It’s only mentioned once on the product listing, so in case you missed it like me, it’s quite important! As the pole is understandably quite thick, you’ll want to add it to a pot that doesn’t have an established root system so as to avoid damaging the plant, or add it when you are potting on a plant.Aside from that, the lamps are quite handy, especially as they are height adjustable so can grow with your plant. For larger, freestanding plants, I don’t think these lamps can deliver enough light to both the top and bottom of the plant, so a couple of lamps would likely be necessary.It remains to be seen how long the poles can withstand living in soil moisture.

There really isn't anything to dislike about this lamp. It appears to be very well made, easy to set up and use. The only small niggle is that it does get a bit wobbly on full extension. Other than that, it's a very useful item ☺️👍

Item arrived as described in the listing, comes packaged in a box with instructions.This indoor grow light is a doing exactly as it should be, my snake plant has grown faster in a few weeks using it than it has over the last year.Its easy to assemble and is on a telescopic pole meaning you can choose your desired height really easily.It has a choice of light spectrums dependant upon what you are wanting grow/flower/cuttings etcThe lights and timer can all be controlled by a small panel attached to the cable.The timer can be 6/12 or 16 hours.I have this placed in the pot of my snake plant but it also benefitting the plants nearby as the light spreads out casting light.It does exactly what it should do and all the functions work, whilst looking stylish and being compact.I believe this to be good value and my plants love it.
