This plunger was bought to match another I had on hand already. I appreciate it is pretty discrete and had a drip container. It has worked for me in the past so I purchased another. The size is just right for forcing #2's down and get that smell sent out of my house. The beveled edge workes well for directing the forces air as needed even though it is light weight. This is not a heavy duty one, so if you have those people who drop big bombs on a regular basis, maybe get something more heavy duty. If you have someone in your house or who visits who just uses a ton of TP this should work just fine. It cleans up well and is easy to use and even though the handle is shaped weird, it is still comfortable to cram that turd down the hole. Good luck!

The plunger has its own caddy so it looks clean in the bathroom. It works fine when the clogging is light. If you need to plunge hard, the rubber bowl is not stronger enough to hold its shape since it is too thin. You may still need a heavy duty one with thicker rubber bowl for the difficult situation.

Very happy with this, and it gets hidden in the compartment after use. Plunged my tub- was really bad. Liquid Plummer didn't work. This got everything moving so that I could even put in liquid Plummer! Very convenient.

Not much to say other than it works, the quality of the product is pretty strong and I don't think you're going to accidentally break this or have issues with it. The little holder it comes in is pretty nice and heavy enough that it stays put.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought two of these because the first time I bought it, it worked so well. I like how it fully covers the rubber plunge so it doesn't smell. If it gets wet, it'll dry up on its own over time. You screw the plastic handle into the rubber plunger. It works so good compared to the cheaper brands where it takes a while to push everything down the toilet. I wanted a plunger that actually does it job and at the same time doesn't smell. This was it and it's a name brand.

I love this -- it is a real game changer for me. I waited several months after buying to review this, because I wanted to test it with a real clog. It did not disappoint - very easy to clear clogs with one or two presses. So highly effective for its intended use. I love how it sits out of the way behind the toilet, with the plunger end hidden -- and the hands-free way I can lift it out and replace it when needed.

I purchased the Clorox plunger because I liked the idea of the caddy hiding the plunger; however, it was not powerful enough in my opinion. I already had a plunger that did the job well with just a few pumps but did not have a caddy for it and was not able to keep it in the bathroom where it would be convenient. I thought Clorox would be a reliable brand, and the pricing was reasonable in comparison to another plunger with a similar caddy concept, but this was one of those cases where you get what you pay for. It took too many pumps to clear a clog and was no good for tougher toilet clogs. I am not sure if it just wasn't getting a good seal because the toilet hole wasn't round like the plunger or if it just wasn't powerful enough. Thankfully, I had not thrown out my old but reliable plunger yet as I had to switch back to it until I could find something else. Unfortunately, my refund date has passed. I say "refund" instead of "return" as I am sure this is not something you would send back after you've tried to use it anyway. Instead, I decided to search Amazon for a heavy duty toilet plunger and came across the MR. SIGA heavy duty toilet plunger that has a similar caddy concept. It was twice the cost of the Clorox brand plunger but did a much better job by clearing the clog with just 2-3 pumps with no splashing of the toilet water. The Clorox plunger does splash if you aren't careful. The MR.SIGA plunger appears to have a similar round shape at the bottom of the plunger, so I was nervous that I would not have any better luck with that one, but luckily, the MR. SIGA plunger proved me wrong and did well. It seemed to have a much better seal and was more powerful. I have not tried using the plungers for sinks as I would not use the same one for my sink that I use for my toilet anyway, so I cannot speak for how well it works for sink clogs. If you decide to give the Clorox plunger a try, test it out early, and if it takes more than just a few pumps to clear a toilet clog, just try to get a refund right away.
