Good magnesium
I like this magnesium supplement,I needed it to help with my PCOS symptoms, and paired it with my inositol. Works well so far and my body feels much better on it. My mood is better, I feel less stressed and I sleep better at night.

magnesium glycinate supplements - i like them!
These work for me pretty well. Personally, I feel my sleep improved, I wake up feeling well rested but not drowsy. I've noticed fewer body aches too. Also this seems to stabilize my nervous system. I'm happy with these supplements so far. :)

Arrived quickly and as advertised. I have been using for about a week now and no stomach or intestinal issues. However we are not all the same, so your results may differ.

LOVE THESE. Helps to improve sleep quality. I experience less nights of just laying there with anxious thoughts running wild. Now I take two about an hour before bedtime and I fall right asleep when I lay down at night! Less night waking as well. This type of magnesium is also supposed to relieve anxiety, which is why I purchased. Highly recommend!!

Good Quality
I was using a higher dose and had it explained by my doctor to lower the amount. Luckily this brand had a lower choice and I've used their products for years, so I know it can be trusted.

These were cheaper than the ones at my local store and easy to swallow. So they're all good.

Great to help with sleep
Read this stuff can help for sleep. For me it seemed to work immediately. Was waking up around 2AM every single night. Sleeping pills worked, but then I would be groggy the next day. This did the trick. I still wake up early, but now I'm getting on average about 6 hours of sleep instead of 4. Well worth it to me.
