Product has an arrow engraved into the hinge to show direction to open, however it did not come with a warning that if opened the wrong way it will not work. (hinge it replaced opened both ways and does not break if opened either way) . I pointed out to Home Secure that they had not provided any warning on the consequences of opening the hinge the wrong way. I asked them what they could do for me and if it could be fixed, they said no it was broken and caused by my misuse. They suggested I buy a new one. I fixed the broken hinge by removing and then re inputting the black rubber at the top. When I pointed out to Home Secure that I was very unhappy with their customer service, they responded by saying I had made unreasonable demands and had a very poor attitude!!!!!!!

I am trying to get these returned as they don't work - when you close them they overlap and push the plastic end off. No response yet from seller.

Bought these brackets, and honestly we went on price so i'm not complaining, i'm reviewing. We were sent a right fitted bracket on a left runner and a left fitted bracket on a right runner...make sure you get the right setup before you install.Thanks

Hinges are great . They work perfectly. Very good price and customer service was fast. I received earlier. Fast dispatch and delivery. I understand the annoyedccustomers. It's a tricky business to sell window homes to someone who may have little or no experience. I have no experience. It was my first time fittng hinges and I opened the hinge in the wromdvdirection but after a minute of looking at them I realized what I have done. Good thing I didn't force them!!! They are up now and working great. I'm thinking of going into business. Make a few bob😂🤣😁. Tank you. Great experience
