It works.
This has been a wonderful addition to my treatment modality. My hands were going numb and I had neuralgia down one arm into the hand. I did massage and chiropractic which helped but the symptoms although diminished, persisted. My chiropractor recommended an inflatable traction device and this product has made all the difference. When I use it twice a day for 30 min my symptoms almost disappear. Then I forget to use it because of no pain and I start again and within 2 days the symptoms disappear again. This confirmed the efficacy of the device to me. Wish I had tried this years ago. It would've prevented a lot of lost sleep, irritability, PT, Dr. visits and pain medication.

Easy to use.
A comfortable controlled stretch. You select by pumping, just how much stretch support the unit provides. Used it almost a week, three times a day for 15-20 minutes, and very pleasantly surprised at the reduction of discomfort/pain it's provided.

Durable, easy to use
My physical therapist recommended this for daily use at home. I take it with me when I got on long trips to help with neck pain in rhe car. It eases my pain and supports my neck. I frequently fall asleep while wearing it because wearing it gives me the most relief during the day.

Moderate pain relief from this funny-looking inflatable pillow
I have a neck and shoulder issue that I went to physical therapy for and while the exercises do help, it still causes me some pain, especially after sitting in an office chair all day. When my therapist recommended that I try one of these inflatable traction devices, I was pretty skeptical. Seriously, it looks absolutely ridiculous. But hey, the girl in the picture is smiling, so it can't be bad, right? Well, after using this for a few weeks now, I am completely surprised and offer my apologies for jumping to conclusions based on the picture (which being honest, still looks rather silly). All you have to do is wrap it on your neck, inflate with the manual hand pump to your desired comfort level (I usually fill the thing till it won't inflate anymore) and then sit there for about 10 minutes. You will look pretty goofy, but after you release the air, it actually feels like it did something to help with the pain. To be fair, it's not life-altering pain relief we're talking about here but it offers some decent relief for a few hours afterwards. No guarantees it will work for everyone, but I am certainly glad I gave it a try. It's not expensive and hasn't exploded on me yet!

Don’t waste your money!
Absolutely useless purchase! I got lots of exercise with my hands having to continually inflate this contraption, but it never fully inflated and it lost air within 2 minutes. Do not waste your money on the inflated sales pitch for a device that doesn’t inflate!

it works the way you want it to.
very convenient, can be treating your neck while you're relaxing watching TV or reading. Is easily adjusted and deflates so it can be packed and taken on trips.

wear for up to 30min per session.
This is a quality cervical neck traction device it is better than the ones with plastic roller balls. $15.00 extra but worth it.Blessings,Jacqueline Bowlin

works OK until it doesn't
Concept is good, design is flawed. 1) as you can see in the picture with the woman there is a lot of extra Velcro strap hanging loose. I have a 17.5" neck and I had the Velcro strap at the smallest size which was too big to keep the chin pillows together. 2) the Velcro "loops" side was too small and didn't hold under pressure and slipped. Needs larger area for better grip/holding strength 3) A hole developed somewhere in the pillow after a couple of months of sporadic use and is no longer usable.
