They stick well, assuming you wash any oils etc from your nose. They do appear to open your nasal cavities up. They help with my cpap therapy.

Works, but make sure to wash face and dry properly, otherwise if there’s any grease or swear in the area the adhesive won’t work and strips waste.

I got these hoping for a big improvement in my breathing at night, but honestly, they’re just okay. They do open up my nose slightly, but not as much as I expected, and they don’t make a huge difference in my sleep quality.They stick well and stay on all night, which is good, but removing them can be uncomfortable and leaves a bit of redness.
