A Steel of a Deal!
I’m 35 and this changed the game for making pizza at home. A lot of steela were pricey but this product was a good proportion of size to decent price. I recommend getting one of the pizza paddles too cause it makes cooking multiple pizzas on one steel so much faster and easier. It’s heavy but it makes me want to eat pizza more lol.

Up your Pizza Game
Solid High Quality item. Pizzas come out way better on this pizza steel than they do on a pizza stone.

Sourdough worthy
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good value and quality. Very substantial. I bought it for baking sourdough, and I just leave it in my oven at all times to help regulate heat evenly throughout.

Heavy and Large
This product came well packaged and undamaged. This metal sheet is so heavy that I struggle to take it out of the oven. It is also is so large that I have to keep it in the oven at all times, because it does not fit in any of our cabinets. It is not easy to take the pizza off of it after it is cooked, and the cheaper stone I got as a gift years ago makes a better pizza. I don't reccomend this.

Heavy but SUPER high HIGH QUALITY
The first thing you will notice about this item is it's weight. HOLY-MAMA-MIA it is HEAVY! The second thing you will notice is that boy is this thing hard to hold with no-handle because it's so heavy, and thank gawd there's two little holes for a tiny bit more leverage! lolIn all seriousness though, because it's so heavy and big, it can be difficult for some to handle. While handling this thing you will definitely want to be careful and stay alert. You do not want to drop this thing on your toe!The third thing you will notice about this pizza steel pan is it's non-stick coating. There's a nice sheen and it's smooth to touch. When making my pizza, I coated a thin layer of butter and cornmeal, and the pizza came off perfectly! Besides the size and weight of this steel pan, it should be easy to remove the food residue.I made a thin-ish crust pizza at 450 degrees F for about 18 minutes and the pizza came out perfectly. The bottom was crispy but the center was still soft. I added tons of toppings, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, sausage, and jalapenos and everything seemed to be cooked to perfection.Overall, I love this pizza pan as an addition to my kitchen. It looks great and feels super quality. I trust it'll last A LONG time. It's definitely heavy and as a result can be difficult to handle when hot and when cleaning so something to be mindful of for sure. The cooking seems to cook very evenly and the pizza was delicious. If you're thinking about leveling up your kitchen and Pizza dishes, this is something you should consider. 100% recommended!

The closest thing to a wood fired pizza oven at home and WAY cheaper than one, too!
Nice pizza steel! Good weight to it, so it holds the heat well. Nonstick coating reduces sticking and makes cleanup really easy. Comes with absolutely no instructions so I’d recommend a quick visit to Google or YouTube after you wash it with hot, soapy water, rinse and dry it.Basically, put it in one of the upper racks of your oven - about 7” from the broiler and preheat the oven at 500°F for ONE HOUR. This gives the steel time to get ripping hot all the way through so it won’t lose heat when you put on the raw pizza. Once preheated, turn the broiler on HIGH and slide the pizza onto the steel. Close the oven door and bake for 2 minutes or until the top looks almost done. Turn off the broiler and turn the oven back on at 500°F, rotate the pizza a half turn and bake for another 2 minutes. Check the bottom of the crust and remove with a pizza peel when it’s crispy to your liking. Let it rest 5 minutes so the sauce and toppings settle a bit, slice and serve.Mine worked great and it’s now my go-to pizza cooking method. Highly recommended!

If you want to make great pizza in your oven, you need pizza steel.
If you want to make great pizza in your home oven, you need pizza steel. There is no question that pizza steel is your best option. You put it on maybe your second highest shelf in the oven and preheat at 500 degrees for about an hour. When you pitch your pie onto the steel, you will get a nice crispy crust in only a few minutes. It's not better then a real brick oven, but it is as close as you'll get in a home oven. The quality of the pizza steel is excellent. Yes, it's heavy, but it should last forever with little care needed. Just keep it clean and apply some oil occasionally to season it. This one is 0.2 inches thick. If money is not an object, you might want to get one a little thicker, but this size will serve most people very well.

Heavy but the best
Ok this is really really heavy but this is the best pizza stone I have ever had. I used this for pizza night and OMG, I threw out my older pizza stone. This just made homemade pizza so much better. This stone got my crust so crispy and this has never happened with my other ones. I will be investing in another one, we are gonna have a family pizza night where we can make mini pizzas so I’m gonna need another one. I would 100% recommend buying this, it’s well made and excellent quality materials were used, this will put all other pizza stones to shame. It is definitely worth the price.
