Fast charge works only without a case on a Note9 with Spigen Tough Armor Galaxy Case after 2 days
Fast delivery, fast wireless charging was working fine for 2 days then all of a sudden I could only get it to charge with only the regular charge. I have a Spigen Tough Armor Galaxy Note 9 Case, if I remove the case, the Fast Charging works fine. If i put the case back on and fiddle with the phone around the stand, sometime it gets me a fast charge. I have a cheaper wireless charger that charges FAST everytime with the case on. I also noticed the base sometimes gets very hot. For the price its a very good charger but they may want to look into this issue with thick cases in the future. It may be that it's just my unit that does this but I dont have another one like this to confirm. I recommend this charger if fast charging with a thick case is not an issue.

It's fine if your case is thin
I do recommend this charger, simply because it works with my case. However, if yours is any thicker than the average case, find a different one. I had a wallet case on my phone that was slightly padded and it wouldn't work with this charger. "Hey moron, maybe your case was just too thick for a wireless charger" is probably what you're thinking right? Nah, I used that same case on a different wireless charger for a year with no problems. This is just a crazy finicky charger.

It may look good, but pass this by...
I've had and used this for about 3 days now.I have tested it with a few devices with and without cases.When it works it does so in small increments.It also runs very hot.I awoke today to a dead mobile because it decided to not charge at all through the night.The design and concept was great, the item was well packaged and arrived promptly.However after the 3 days "use" not seeing the value for the money.More than likely will return and stick to my pad charger that has worked tried and true.*Update a returned for a replacement unit.Same issues as before.Going to return.Great look and concept, just poorly made.

wow what i did not know
So i was so excited... was awesome just set it on , blue light charging turns green when battery is full... omg the phone was so HOT... turns out from my research, the energy that it creates causes it to get so hot, then i find out... could ruin the life of the battery... so not using it.... brand new phone

It took a little over a month
This product was delivered on Aug 30 2018 it worked perfectly for nail yesterday (10/04/2018) now whe I sit my phone on it, it charges for a few seconds with a blue light indicating it works and then flashes blue and green light really fast and at the point will not charge. I tried placing the phone on there without the thin transparent case I tried place it on the horizontally rather than vertically like I had been. No changes.I try to alway right review after a moth or 2 of having it so that if issues arise customers can about how long it takes because most times you will not have any issues the first month or 2 and so it is unrealistic to give this 5 stars because it charges my phone really fast the first week I had it or whatever.

Didn't last
Purchased in August and just today it shorted out on me. I've tried multiple micro cords and each one when you move the cord the light on the unit flickers and does not charge anymore. There's a short in the unit. Disappointing, but at least I didn't spend a lot of money on it, but it should've lasted longer than 4 months.

Good office product
I like the incline design as it can also use as phone rig, better then the pad imo. Make sure you don’t have any metal part in your case otherwise it won’t charge . This worked very well since I bought it a month ago and still working fine. Positive buying experience

Good Product
Charge iPhone X faster. Can use it as iPhone holder on the table when surfing internet or watching videos from iPhone. Have to take off iPhone case when charging.
