It’s hard but you’ll get there!!! The teapots alone make it worth it!!! Instructions are pretty clear until you get to the lighting portion. I messed that up but I like it better my way so I don’t mind. Plenty of everything and some to spare! The little lanterns are adorable! I didn’t show the bathroom because I will likely modify that later. It’s cute as is though, only problem is the toilet and bathtub are white and cream (respectively) so it looks off if you don’t want to fix it. Overall, 9/10

This is my first attempt at a DIY model and I am LOVE LOVE LOVING this product! Its challenging, but calming and so much fun. Thank goodness for products like these to bring creativity and fun hobbies to our lives!

Great deal for the price, super cute and fun to do my 10 yr old daughter.Only complaint I have, is that the instructions are kind a hard to follow. We were able to pull a couple videos up online that helped out a lot!!!

It is missing its parts. I’ve bought 5 little houses and this one is missing almost a whole bundles of pieces. Otherwise, a good sturdy product.

The media could not be loaded. Got this for my daughter’s bday. She’s been working on it for 2 days and everything we’ve tried to get the lights to turn on, has not worked.The kit also does not come with any glue, which is a bummer, and the instructions need to be more detailed. Not sure I would recommend this kit given the issues we’ve had.

The media could not be loaded. Instructions for this build, I felt, were a bit out of order just for how I like to build. I prefer to make the first floor than the items that go on that floor so I'm not trying to find a place for a million small things before I've started the base. That being said, I built it out of order from the directions which made it more time consuming and more challenging but worth it to me. The pictures are great u do have to pay attention to the directions but I find them pretty detailed and easy to follow. They are in English with a few incorrect words but simple enough to decipher.Quality is great. These kits are so detailed and great value imo. This is my 3rd miniature build and im really happy with how this one turned out.I am an adult (dental hygienists) so I'm used to working small, I would not really recommend this one for kids .All pieces arrive were labled and in perfect working condition. I absolutely will buy another kit

This little house i bought for my daughters birthday in december it still sits in the closet un assembled there is thousands of parts the little pillows on the bed has to be assembled stuffed with cotton put together all liights have to be ran and wires to the battery pack. Pretty much everything in the picture is not assembled nothing the house is a bunch of plastic and wooden boards the walls you have to glue the wall paper to youreself the floor you have to glue to the floor bored. You have to putt all the chairs together from the legs to the cusiuons you have to put the cotton in the cusion put cusion together and glue it to the chair once youve got all legs the back of chair and the part where the cusion goes together. The sink the faucet you have to put the knobs on and the water spout together then put it on the lights and lamps you have to put all the brass pieces together run the wires from light bulb then hook to baterrie pack. Its rediculous and unless you are a.seriouly good learner and fallow instructions extremely good and super super crafty. With an extreme amount of time and nothing to do then this is a project for you just if youre not working on it you might want to put all the stuff up or youl lose it cuz some parts like the lights are tiney tiney parts. I guess you would just have yo purchase it to see what i mean. Durring this quarantine goin on i might attempt it again. Theres also how to videos on youtube those are recomended to watch befor purchaseing and assembleing cuz you will not understand the seriously confuseing directions. I might change my review if i can get it put together.

The car provides a nice pop of color. I personalized as a gift for a friend. This is the 2nd time I've built this kit - great kit to customize and a nice size. Both times I've had some challenges getting the roof to align without gaps.I glue all my furniture and suggested arrangement on the porch makes no sense. I moved the porch table around to the front of the house so it doesn't block access to the battery box.
