Bought this for under my sink. It really has helped keep things organized. I’m able to use the empty space above the bottles and not have everything all thown in the cabinet hap hazzardly.

Nice sturdy organizer. I read about the template and people having issues with it. I put the rails and the bottom tray together first. Then I initially used the template and found if I used it the template holes were too close together and the rails would be pushed together too tight and wouldn't glide nicely. I put the template down, put the assembly on top, then slid the template along with the assembly, so the nuts would just clear my easy-close hinges.I measured the closest rail to the wall with a tape measure to make sure it was parallel. Checked to make sure both front and back nuts cleared the hinge. I then drilled the left hand front hole where the template hole was. I removed the template, screwed the front hole in. Measured the the back to the same measurement, checked clearance of hinge and screwed that hole down. Now the farthest rail can be screwed down in the front, checked the assembly gliding in and out and making sure it cleared that hinge. Finally screwed the last hole down. Checked everything and the it glides as smooth as butter, put the top tray together and finally done.Notice I checked many times... Making sure it was parallel to the wall, clearing the hinge, making sure the glides didn't bind because of the template being a little off.Thinking about it, just lining up the rails to the back of the cabinet’s front frame, making sure to clear the hinge and then screwing everything down would be enough. 1st picture.

I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this item is. It fits very well under my bathroom sink allowing me to take advantage of that empty space in the upper half of the cabinet. It works great for those smaller/shorter items and the fact that it slides out is a huge plus! My only suggestion (and wish) is that both shelves slide out independent of each other, rather than both sliding out together. This would make access to items in the lower shelf a lot easier.It was easy to install, though the first one took me three tries to get the right amount of clearance through the cabinet door. So learn from my mistake, before attaching the guide so you know where to drill your pilot holes, check the distance from the inside edge of your cabinet to the outside edge of your cabinet door (depending on your cabinet, you may need to include the hinge [I did]). You want to measure on the side you are planning to install the ‘outside’ of the organizer. Initially I had put the guide flush to the inside of my cabinet. Unfortunately, when I went to attach the assembled shelving unit it was clear there wouldn’t be enough clearance so I had to take out the rails and start over with the guide. Not sure how I messed it up the 2nd time, but I did get it right on the 3rd try. Good news is that I learned from my mistakes and got it right on the 1st try with the 2nd unit :-)

LOVE the 2-tiers! I like to keep things tucked away/off counters but I struggle with storage space in my home. And as a woman especially in my bathroom! I bought this to organize my cleaning products and I bought a separate 2-tier organizer to store my toiletries and beauty supplies. Basically doubling my storage space!!!LOVE that it slides out! Makes things easier to grab instead of having to reach all the way to the back of the cabinet.It slides in and out smoothly and is very secure. Installation was fairly easy, only needed a power drill. The hole drilling guide is helpful, the only issue was (partially my fault) I did not take into consideration the hinges of my cabinet blocking the shelf from moving. I did have to re-drill new holes about 1" to the right. Learn from my mistakes! Assemble the unit, check where the shelves and hinges meet, then drill!.I've been buying organizers for almost every room of my home and it's been truly life changing. Having things neatly displayed cuts the clutter and prevents over purchasing. Looking to purchase other models for the kitchen!

I bought two of these to put in my 66" dual sink vanity to get easy access to things I put in the back. It is listed as 11" wide and requires 12" opening. I found on installing that it truly, absolutely requires a clear 12" opening, but it is not 11" wide. The vanity I wanted to put them in has a 24" width opening and soft close doors. so far so good. Following the instructions, produced an 11 3/4" width due to the nuts extending beyond the upper shelf bracket which is also on the outside of the shelf. Reversing the screws got a 1/4" back. Then there was the hinges for the door. These soft close hinges are almost 1/2" thick and are in the opening. Theunit works, but overlaps into the other side of the vanity about 1/4". You can't mount both sliding units into this vanity even though the opening is 24" and the inside space is 26". I will use the one I installed and have to open both doors to slide the unit back in. My bad. I dinged the install one star because the template for mounting has no indication of how far from the edge of the cabinet you need to place it to make it fit, and the afore mentioned screw/nut problem in the instructions.

I purchased this to go underneath a bathroom sink and hold all our toiletries. Assembly was pretty easy but we did have an issue installing it with the provided template. After some trial and error we got it installed and are very happy. It's very heavy weight and sturdy and rolls out smoothly. Great for saving space on the countertop. Be sure to measure carefully.

Installed in about an hour, and that’s cuz I just recently learned how to use a drill (don’t laugh, I’m an accountant not a tradesperson). Am very happy so far. Glides are really smooth and when you push back into place, has a locking/catch action to keep it secure.Seems pretty sturdy, especially for bathroom type storage, and fits perfectly around pipes.Would recommend! If by chance it fails me somehow, I’ll be back.

I love everything about this rack except for one thing: It doesn't account for soft close hinges.The top rack is mounted OUTSIDE the bottom basket, so if you have a tight spot like I did, you want to make sure that has clearance.I have a 12" opening, but didn't think about the hinges and the room they needed. My error, but it would have been nice to have a reminder before I started assembly. No harm, no foul - it was not a deal breaker for me. I just cut a 1/4" notch out of the centre post so the bottom tray could pass through. Works like gang busters and it makes my bottom cabinet so much more organized.

The media could not be loaded.  Solid buy for the price. The unit can be mounted the way I did under my sink or the mirror opposite. I took a picture with the ‘Alignment Guide’ paper that shows you where to drill the pilot holes. Watch out l because it tells you to do that before you put the actual unit together. So I put the guide track over too far toward the door without taking into consideration the fact that the bottom tray of the unit is actually wider than the track width for the slider. So I’d put the unit together, put the paper alignment guide in, set the tracks on, and then set the organizer on top just to check everything fits and slides. Other than that, it’s an easy job and makes a lot of space. Rolls out so things don’t get hidden or forgotten at the back. Also can clean under it when pulled out.

Great baskets and very solid, but watch your measurements.......the piece that holds the upper basket extends 6mm wider than the lower basket, so keep that in mind when you're laying out the pattern provided to drill the pilot holes. I had to re-drill mine because I'd set it so the baskets cleared the hinges, but not that support piece (grrrr.) Except for that, the installation was simple, and the product works well.

I’ve had this organizer in my wishlist for some time and I finally bought it. My husband installed it with no troubles at all and it holds an amazing amount of product. Very handy.
