I've actually been avoiding these. I try to eat as many greens and fruits as possible. I do a relatively (IMO) good job of that, but it can be difficult. There are times when I just don't have prep time or run out. This rather large packet scared me a little. It has a nice variety of dried fruits and vegetables along with a grass blend. I have trouble dinking anything with wheat grass. I added a packet to a smoothie and surprisingly it improved the flavor. So, along with being a nutritional powerhouse it tastes good. They are well packaged in a resealable package containing 15 easy open packets. These are a rare find.

I must admit, I love a good shortcut when it comes to getting my nutrients/greens. It’s tough to eat enough vegetables, even when I’m hiding spinach in my smoothies! This little packet is packed with greens and nutrients. It’s so easy to pour into a smoothie. Unlike other green powders, this one does not have an overpowering flavor that makes the smoothie kind of icky. I barely taste it at all.Honestly, my two biggest complaints are the packaging and the price tag. The packets suck. No matter which way you rip it, it catches on the seam and will not rip straight across. Just use scissors. Not a huge deal but if you’re using it on the go, it would kind of be a pain. And as far as the price, it think it’s actually kind of on par with other similar products, but it’s still a bit of an expensive.Overall, I’d definitely recommend these packets. Really easy way to add some extra nutrition into your day without having to eat tons of extra veges. I really appreciate that it’s not such a bold flavor that it overpowers a smoothie.

It has no taste and a bad smell. It does have a mushroom blend..Random mushrooms..so let me help. Hime-matsutake, Murill, (net bearing) Dictyophora and Maitake. So thats where it might be getting its smell, is the stink horn. The top ingredient is Red Amaranth leaf. Odd. An aside, I grow red amaranth and the leaf is distinctly red. while this powder has no detectable red. The flavor you can detect the Lemon powder a little on the after taste. Pineapple and Sweet orange are the next ingredients on the list and I did not detect their flavor. It also has no spirulina algae as an ingredient. I would like that as its a super food.It says its a "complex fruit and vegetable blend". I agree its a long list of weird stuff including a mushroom blend...5 stars as I have no idea what these mushrooms are doing to me but I like this prospect that something good will happen, as theres an extremely low probability of me eating most of this stuff without pouring one of these pouches in a cup of water, theyre barely or not even on my radar. They make me feel like a man that is boldly going somewhere.

Trying this was an achievement for me. It is actually not bad at all. As I get older, I’ve become a more lazy cook and am now looking for alternative ways to get the daily nutrition we need. My husband has found it increasingly difficult to eat vegetables due to his dental issues. This product gives us a quick and easy way to boost our veggie intake.If you don’t drink it quickly, remember to give it a shake. The taste is not overpowering. It blends well to disguise it in juice or added to water with another powdered drink mix.

This appears to be a good healthy and nutritious drink. The price is comparable to other brands for what you get. The flavor is not fantastic but is tolerable.

These superfood packets are great for morning routines. They dissolve easily in water or smoothies after a thorough mix, and includes your daily dose of energy and gut support. They're about $1.67 each which is not bad for a quick health fix and more convenient than juicing.

Great greens mixture and love the addition of vitamin supplements but there is a very strong almost musty flavor and aftertaste that doesn't settle well in my stomach. I found I need to eat with this and not end on it and I can keep it down.
