At first glance, I was excited to try this skin care creme to help with age related skin changes I’ve been experiencing. It’s made in the USA, non GMO and advertised as a natural product that contains no synthetics or fillers—All things I value. It seems that this sudden dramatic loss of skin elasticity and moisture I’m experiencing could be due to pre menopause and perhaps I could benefit from this product. However, it seems advisable to consult with a doctor before knowing if this is safe or even suitable for my needs. It seems prudent to have my hormone levels checked because progesterone can also be a problem. I’m also confused because it seems you need a prescription for some forms of the active ingredients Estriol and Estradiol based in part on the concentration. There’s no further information available on the concentration of bioidentical estrogen in this or the amount dispensed per pump.Renew Bio-identical Estrogen Night Cream with Retinol is made in the USA (Florida address) by a company called BIOlabsPRO and is part of their BioBeauty product line. After opening the 30 ml pump top bottle, I had to pump it a number of times to finally get a glob of slightly oily white serum to come out. It shoots out with more force than anticipated. I patch tested this on my arm and put it on my face one night before completing my research into the product. It didn’t cause any skin irritation or adverse reactions. But it smells like toothpaste—Crest I think, but could be Colgate—and it’s too unpleasant and hard for me to get past. Even if I had no other concerns about the product, I would not recommend or use it because of the smell factor alone.

The lotion itself is OK, although I find the scent a bit weird. My biggest complaint is that it's hard to get any lotion out of the bottle; this is supposed to be one of those pumps that push up from the bottom but there's clearly a big air bubble inside and doesn't create enough suction to pull the bottom up with it. I don't use it as much because it's such a pain to get even the smallest amount out.

Smelled HORRIBLE!

Sadly, this product broke out my sensitive skin after using it for only a few days. Perhaps it would work better on someone with less sensitive skin. There’s virtually no scent or greasiness, hence the reason for 2 stars at least.

I’m loving this face cream. I’ve been using it for over a month and I’m starting to see results.

I chose this cream to help fight my hyperpigmentation and red splotches, as well as get the benefits of estriol. This cream isn't helping my hyperpigmentation as much as a hyaluronic acid serum does and my red splotches are returning, but this cream doesn't cause my skin irritation.The pump on this bottle of cream works well enough for me, and two pumps gives just the right amount to cover my face and neck. The scent of this cream is fresh and clean, it's not too strong for my sensitive nose, and dissipates fairy quickly. BIOBeauty Estrogen Estriol Face Cream with Retinol, Glycerin, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Bioidentical Estrogens, Shea Butter, Squalene, Hydrating Anti-Aging Moisturizer: This face cream arrives in a small plastic bottle with pump top (the bottle was wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed with plastic). I was excited to try this cream but I'm not really expecting any miracles. Still, I'll take a chance with this since the ingredients seem good, and it's made in the United States by a small business. I had quite a problem getting the pump to work; what finally fixed it for me was to turn the bottle upside down, bump the bottom roughly a few times with my hand, and push the pump while it's still upside down. If that doesn't keep working, I could always unscrew the cap each time to get the cream out, but that's not ideal. The scent is a bit strong and medicinal or like a spice, and I can't tell which of the listed ingredients is the source of the fragrance. The listing says this is unscented so those sensitive to scents may want to look elsewhere. I'll update my review if I notice a difference (positive or negative), but no bad reactions so far.
