Q: Can you use this in a vegtable garden?

apologies. Yes you can, but... The product should be well mixed and then another thin layer of soil on top for safety. Bat guano in powder form can get into places that may be hard to clean. I have had nice results with the seabird guano, unfortunately this is the end of that company.
