We cannot guarantee we will be able to scoop ALL different types, but we will try to get a good variety. In the case of “Dead on Arrival” you must CONTACT US BY PHONE OR EMAIL WITHIN 1 HOUR OF DELIVERY. DO NOT remove the deceased fish from the original shipping bag and DO NOT discard the deceased item without authorization from us. Doing so will void all guarantees. IMPORTANT: I take pride and joy in what I do as a fish breeder and seller. It is my job to ship quality fish safely and your job to make sure they have a good home when they arrive. If you have any questions or don’t see a fish on there that we should sell feel free to send us a message. We quarantine all fish before shipping to make sure they are healthy. We may cancel and refund you if we think the fish is not ready to ship. Guaranteed live arrival, if you have any problems with your order, send a photo in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery along with any other information we should know. Keep track of your tracking number! After your order we will confirm it then attach a tracking number a few days later when it gets shipped. Remember, we are dealing with live animals and it is important to be ready when they arrive. All packages will have padding and heat pads if needed with no extra cost.
