It's very nice when you're in a recliner. It's not as hot as the U shaped pillows. It's firm but comfortable. Fits well behind your neck and is small enough to tuck away when not in use.

This feels stiff at first--because you're expecting a pillow to be soft-- but when you get it situated just right, you can feel how it cradles you neck and allows your head & spine to straighten out. I don't sleep in mine all night, because I like to roll on my side, but an hour or so can do wonders for your neck & shoulders! I like the fabric smoothness and the colors.

I was looking to replace the rolled up towel I use to sleep with to support my neck at night and this works great if you’re on your back but the sides are too stiff for side sleeping . I’m gonna keep it though because it is GREAT for floor exercises in neck support . The pillow quality and value for money is good . Just doesn’t work for what I originally intended it for

The quality is great. My issue is the thickness of the pillow. It's too much for my neck. If it was smaller in the middle, I would love it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a hard time sleeping. I read that a cervical pillow might help so I bought one that was much more expensive. My sleep improved but not to the extent I needed. Since I love to travel, I began looking for a compact version. THIS IS THE BOMB! I tried it watching TV and it helped and then I tried it while sleeping. I feel like I sleep longer and deeper and my Fitbit agrees. I've moved from high 60's/low70's to low to mid 80s. I just bought my second one to stay on my couch and join me in my travels. Highly recommend This is the bomb. Sleep quality:I sleep longer and deeper with this pillow. This neck pillow is very comfortable, and helps me get to sleep. I highly recommend if you have neck pain.

Got rid of my persistent morning neck muscle aches, by giving just the right amount of support in the right area. The sides are a bit on the stiff side as another reviewer mentioned, but I got use to it easily.Also, I like how small and compact it is for travelling. I also like the quality materials and fit and finish, and how the cover zips off or laundering (haven't done this yet).

I would have kept this as it felt SO comfortable other than the fact that it was just too high for my neck. I'm a woman who has cervical spine issues, and if a pillow is not just right, it's going to exacerbate my pain, which this one did. However, if you're a man or you just have a differently curved neck, this might work for you. It was much more comfortable than the cylindrical memory foam neck rolls I tried. I hope the manufacturer will come out with more than one size as other women in the reviews have stated it's a bit too high for them. One size can't fit all bodies.
