UPDATE: Though the item did not function, their customer service team was friendly and very easy to work with, quickly issuing a refund. Initially I said customer service seemed non-existent because there was no clear way to contact them, but they later emailed me after my purchase and was able to respond to that. Since there are some issues with this product I recommend they make it more clear how to contact the company.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Tried at least 20 times to connect to WiFi. Simply will not work. Can’t connect to a WiFi network and doesn’t work at all without an internet connection. Followed all instructions, reset everything multiple times. Tried a wired connection which worked once, allowing me to do a firmware update then never worked again. Customer support is non-existent.

This item is BS!!! We just purchased because we are about to leave town and can’t even figure out how to download the app and get it working.

I would give it zero stars. The WiFi connected once then prompt disconnected and I can’t get it connected again. Otherwise it would be a great product. The hopper size was good, the feeding function was good. Just wish the wifi would work so I can use it. Will be promptly returning

I should have paid attention that all of the "verified reviews" stated it didn't work.Also, the app is not from the Play Store, always concerning.I could get the "instant" feed to work, but not the scheduled.

Not able to connect the device to internet. I’ve tried multiple times. I should’ve listened to the other reviews.
