Warm in a windy cool spring day!

Just what I’ve been looking for: lightweights , snap pockets, cuffed sleeves, hood. Perfect fit. I have short arms and the sleeves are great with the cuffs. Length is perfect. I usually buy petite sizes. This works. I am ecstatic.
