Easy to swallow, good products.

Ashwagandha really makes my days more pleasant since peri menopause has started to show itself. I really feel the difference in my nerves system, there is a certain ease. I take a second capsule at night time and it helps to slow my thoughts, so falling asleep is much easier. I am truly grateful for this product in this time of my life.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Potent at First, But Effects Taper OffThis Ashwagandha supplement is definitely strong — if you’ve never taken it before, be prepared for a noticeable effect early on. I felt the impact quite quickly when I first started taking it, which was impressive.However, over time, the effects seemed to level out and become much less noticeable with regular use. It’s still a decent supplement for general well-being, but don’t expect the initial intensity to last indefinitely. Worth trying, just manage your expectations over the long term.

I ordered these for the first time in November to help with my anxiety , and have recently just ran out in the last couple of weeks. I didn’t repurchase just yet, but have now put two and two together that since stopping taking these, my anxiety has kicked in again. At the time I didn’t notice a HUGE difference, but I felt good whilst on them! Happier, mentally healthier and positive and less anxious. However I was also taking a Wellwoman vitamin supplement and trying to eat better, but I honestly feel like these contributed to the anxiety aspect as it has flared up like mad in the last few weeks since not being on them, so am going to purchase my next lot right now :-)**edited to add: once again I ran out and didn’t immediately repurchase for a couple of days and it was very noticeable. I was more anxious, jumpy, my reactions to stressful or worrying situations were more amplified. I honestly believe these work.
