I got this because I like the three ingredients in this ( Black Seed Oil, Rose Oil, and Milk Thistle) for the health benefits they may possibly have with my skin, hair and my liver. I take milk thistle daily for the silymarin it may possibly have in it for my liver. I like to take Black seed oil and Rose oil for the antioxidant properties they may have and how they may possibly interact with my skin in a beneficial way. Many times with a product like this, I am in faith hoping it contains Thymoquinone which is a phytochemical compound found in Nigella Sativa (Black Seed). This is the first time I have seen a product defining how much it contains ( 20 mgs) in each serving and I am really liking that. With long term use I find my skin evens out and looks healthier imo. I also have fingers crossed I may benefiting internally possibly with things I can't see. The cold pressed attribute this has really caught my eye as I prefer that and use that type with other ingredients I use like aloe vera. I also like the Organic aspect this has. Too I noticed this brand is using softgels which is always a good indicator to me imo of good quality and no attempts to cut cost. I had no bad sides with this and the softgels were easy to take. These are a great way of taking your daily black seed oil supplements to help support energy levels. The softgels are not too large, and they are tasteless and easy to swallow. I haven't experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking them, and they are easy on my stomach. These work great for me, they're a great value for the money, and I definitely recommend this supplement.

I got this for the liver support and immune boosting benefits as part of an overall liver detox I'm currently doing. They are easy to swallow with no taste or smell. There is a 30 day supply in the box, which is a good value considering this contains several ingredients. I am hoping that by supporting my liver my energy increases from taking this supplement.

These came pressure sealed, however, when I opened them, they had a slightly unpleasant musty smell. I did not try them as I could not trust the off-smell. They’re not expired and there’s no indications that the bottle has been compromised. It may be the way that they’re supposed to be and my ultra sensitive nose is just picking up on the natural scent of one of the ingredients, but it was strong enough. In the past, I've had good experiences with this brand and love that they use organic ingredients. The supplement has a great blend of omega fatty acids and I especially love how it promotes healthy skin, hair, and immunity. I take two a day, per the instructions. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I like the bouncy casing and generally have an easier time digesting these compared to the longer capsules. Since taking these, my skin has looked better and my overall health has improved. Great product!

This is a good source for all sorts of beneficial nutrients. It's a great combination. This is very easy to take. It has no taste or smell. I've experienced no detrimental side effects at all. As a aside, the bottle itself looks nice. Whoever designed that did a good job. All told, this is a good product that I recommend.
